Thank you so much for your interest in one of our puppies! We look forward to chatting with you during our phone interview, but would like to get a little info about you before we speak so we will be more familiar with your situation and needs before our interview.
Our puppies mean the world to us. There is nothing more important than their health, care, and safety while they are here. Therefore, we do not allow visitors into our home while puppies are living here, but spend lots of time communicating with our families through photos, videos, FaceTime calls, and each litter's What's App group. Families who have reserved a puppy will pick out their puppies through FaceTime or What's App video chat. They will be given our personal address at 8 weeks when it's time to pick up their puppy.
If a family lives far away, we will work with that family to schedule us transporting the puppy to them, or meeting the family along the route.
We require a phone interview before we will add a potential buyer to our reservation list. Once we've both agreed that a family is a good match, and have chosen the litter they would like to reserve a spot for, $750 of the puppy price is due as a non-refundable deposit. If a family wants to reserve a spot for a future litter we aren't currently interviewing for, they can also submit a $250 deposit to hold a spot in a future litter until we are ready to begin interviewing for that litter. Then they will submit the additional $500 towards the deposit. Remaining puppy balance is due the week prior to the puppy going home.
